Flashlight is a brand new, fully independent music review site. The idea for the site was forged during a drunken Sunday night in North London sometime in late 2007, during which the state of the music industry (and in particular the music press) was lamented at great, incoherent length.
It was decided that a site was needed that was accessible, inclusive and honest, without pandering to the latest fad. Essentially, if we have thirty shit albums to review, you will see thirty shit ratings.
You are currently viewing this site in a skeletal state; we have many new ideas and features that will be added in the coming weeks and months.
