Johnny Cash remix album confirmed.

'Johnny Cash Remixed' is to be released in October. It has been produced with the approval of Johnny's family, and indeed his son John Carter Cash has supervised the whole shebang. As you can see below, the tracklisting ranges from the potentially sublime (it's hard to see how the legendary Pete Rock will fail to do something pretty interesting with Folsom Prison Blues) to the undoubtedly ridiculous (Snoop tackling I Walk the Line) via a few more obvious and seemingly natural choices such as the already Cash-apeing Alabama 3. We will absolutely undoubtedly review this nearer the time, as it sounds fucking hilarious.
The tracklisting is:
I Walk The Line (featuring Snoop Dogg) (QDT (Snoop Dogg, Teddy Riley and DJ Quik))
Country Boy (Sonny J)
Get Rhythm (Philip Steir)
Leave that Junk Alone (Alabama 3)
Folsom Prison Blues (Pete Rock)
Hey Porter (Mocean Worker)
Sugartime (Kennedy)
Trail to Mexico (Mexican Industry of Sound/MIS)
Doin` My Time (The Heavy)
Wide Open Road (Count de Money)
