Keane officially in bad taste

Thank the good lord. After what has been a largely disappointing year thus far for indie music, full of bland, histrionic ballads and overproduced pap, Keane are back, to save us with their unique brand of...oh. Their new LP is titled Perfect Symmetry, and is out on October 13th. According to posh, chubby (though now marginally less so) singer Tom, thankfully now cured of his dreadful sherry addiction, the new album "came together in an avalanche of experimentation". Apparently, they also made a pact with producer Stuart Price to "ignore the rules of good taste". We're saying nowt.
