Massive Attack announce return
Aug 26, 2009
Massive Attack have announced the details of their new EP. Now back to a two piece, with Grant 'Daddy G' Marshall back in the fold after missing 2003's actually quite underrated 100th Window. The new EP is called Splitting the Atom. The title track, in far from surprising news, features Horace Andy. Slightly more surprising is that Elbow's Guy Garvey features on 'Bulletproof Love', and TV On the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe crops up on 'Pray for Rain'. Altogether more annoying is the fact that we've just found out that Damon Albarn appears on the forthcoming LP, probably playing some kind of African instrument really badly. The EP is released on October 5th.
