Mike Skinner has given away tickets to this year's Glastonbury Festival via the explosion in a mong factory that is Twitter. A competition was held yesterday (June 11th), in which fans had to tell him, in 140 characters or less, why they deserved the spare tickets. Hilariously, Skinner had the spare tickets because they were supposed to be for family members who have since decided to watch The Streets at V Festival instead. Thus proving that even his own flesh and blood can't stand the thought of watching his shit twice.

The winner was a predictably eloquent young soul called Gingetastico. His entry?:

"Seen you live five times, i have every album, a signed 12" OPM, and my gf said if we go i can f*ck her for the first time.PLZ". Thus proving that only virgins like The Streets.

We're still tossing up whether we can be bothered to launch a Twitter account for Flashlight in time for Glastonbury. If we do, we will be running a competition in which you have to tell us, in 140 characters or less, how you would go about torturing Mike Skinner. The winner will get his address.
